Refund Policy

At BTR & Co., operating under the Born to Rise brand, we want you to understand our purchase terms before completing a transaction. Because our products and services may include immediate access to digital materials, downloads, programs, workshops, coaching, training, or other resources, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated on a specific sales page or required by applicable law.
Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including ebooks, workbooks, devotionals, guides, templates, downloads, and similar materials, are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, delivered, or made available for access or download, no refunds will be issued.
Workshops, Challenges, Programs, and Courses
Payments for workshops, challenges, group programs, courses, trainings, and similar offers are final and non-refundable unless a different policy is clearly stated on the applicable sales or registration page. Failure to attend, participate, complete materials, or use the program does not create eligibility for a refund.
Coaching, Strategy Sessions, and Consulting
Payments for coaching calls, strategy sessions, consulting, and other scheduled services are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of BTR & Co. and is subject to availability.
Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or experienced a legitimate billing error, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected.
Technical or Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a digital product, program, or purchased resource, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate delivery or access issues. Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern regarding a purchase, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not change or override this Refund Policy or any purchase agreement you accepted at checkout.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as our products, services, or business practices change.
Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
